Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided database or leads.
• Explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
• Follow up on previous interactions and maintain relationships.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Record and maintain detailed information of calls and customer interactions.
• Handle basic customer queries and transfer complex issues to the relevant team.
• Report progress to the team lead or manager via email or CRM tools.
Requirements:
• Good verbal communication in [English / Hindi / Regional languages as per company].
• Laptop/desktop with internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Time management and goal-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
• Minimum: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Prior telecalling or BPO experience is an advantage but freshers are welcome
• Ability to speak confidently and handle rejection
