Job Responsibilities:
• Process debit and credit transactions accurately, maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify clients' needs and provide various services, such as opening accounts, issuing counter checks, and performing account maintenance.
• Resolve client problems through direct action or referral to alternative resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
