Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing various services, such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, and more.
• Resolve client problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
