As a Teller at Zions Bank, you'll work closely with members of the community to help them build a better financial future. You'll become a banking expert, guiding clients to products and services that improve their everyday lives.

Key Responsibilities
• Transaction Processing: Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Client Service: Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services, including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance and more.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve client problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and maximize cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring clients' needs.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
