IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Teller. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of banking transactions for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently

- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on bank products and services

- Identify and recommend appropriate banking solutions to meet customer needs

- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all cash handling procedures

- Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security

- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets

- Continuously update knowledge of bank products, services, and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in basic computer skills

- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is a plus
