Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service
• Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions, including managing cash supply for the branch, processing incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals
• Educate clients on the digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi
• Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets
• Ensure all client needs are met and effectively manage any client issues/concerns, escalating as needed
• Maintain working knowledge of client accounts as well as new and existing products and services offered
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience
• Demonstrated Banking/Retail experience in customer facing environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Effective problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent

On March 30, 2026 , Citi reached an agreement with Axis Bank for the sale of Citi’s consumer businesses in India. The transaction comprises the sale of the consumer banking businesses of Citibank India, which includes credit cards, retail banking, wealth management and consumer loans. The transaction also includes the sale of the consumer business of Citi’s non-banking financial company, Citicorp Finance (India) Limited, comprising the asset-backed financing business, which includes commercial vehicle and construction equipment loans, as well as the personal loans portfolio. It excludes Citi’s institutional client businesses in India. Citi remains committed and focused on serving institutional clients in India and globally. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026 subject to requisite regulatory approvals. As this particular role operates within the scope of Citi’s consumer businesses, the successful candidate will initially be employed by Citi, but on sale completion, her/his employment will transfer to Axis Bank.
