The Teller position is responsible for:
• Providing exceptional member service by accurately and efficiently processing transactions and addressing member inquiries.
• Offering financial guidance and product recommendations to meet the needs of our diverse membership.
• Developing relationships with members to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Proactively resolve member issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of customer service experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Recent cash handling experience preferred.
