Job Description
Arbour Clothing Co. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Telecaller/Sales Agent to join the Marketing team. This role focuses on maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors by providing excellent follow-up services and collecting feedback. The position will support the marketing efforts by ensuring smooth communication between the company and its partners, as well as driving upselling opportunities through timely interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with retailers and distributors to follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and any pending issues.
Call retailers to gather feedback on products, services, and overall satisfaction with Arbour Clothing's offerings.
Identify potential upselling opportunities during conversations and inform the sales team of any leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions in a structured format.
Provide updates to the Marketing and Sales teams on customer feedback to enhance overall retailer and distributor experience.
Assist with the coordination of promotional activities, new product launches, and special offers by informing retailers.
Ensure timely communication between retailers, distributors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
Work closely with the sales team to resolve queries related to orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
Regularly report on the progress of follow-ups, upselling opportunities, and any feedback received from retailers and distributors.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a customer service, telecalling, or support role, preferably in the apparel or retail industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Hindi and English.
Ability to maintain positive relationships with retailers and distributors.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to manage data systematically.
Highly organized, with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach to resolving issues and enhancing customer experience.
