Job Description
The Teller / Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with currency exchange and remittance transactions while delivering accurate, efficient, and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Buy and sell foreign currencies according to approved exchange rates
Process local and international remittance transactions accurately
Handle cash responsibly and balance the cash drawer daily
Verify customer identification and comply with AML/KYC regulations
Respond to customer inquiries regarding rates, fees, and services
Maintain proper transaction records and documentation
Support branch operations as required, including occasional errands or deliveries
Promote company products and services when appropriate
Follow company policies and regulatory requirements at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driving license (required)
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
Previous experience in money exchange, banking, or remittance is an advantage

Accurate cash handling and attention to detail
Basic computer skills
