Full job description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Telle caller to manage and support the daily technical operations of our organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining systems, students queries, and ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and aspirants.
Provide accurate information about courses, batches, and admission procedures.
Handle inbound calls, address queries, and guide students through the enrollment process.
Maintain call records, follow up with leads, and update databases regularly.
Coordinate with the academic and counseling teams to ensure smooth communication.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service preferred.
Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹120,755.18 - ₹476,735.93 per year
