Role:
There is an opportunity for an “experienced and knowledgeable” applicant to join the Transfer Agency Technology team Production Support in India. The prime responsibility of this team is to support the applications used by the end users of Transfer Agency. The role primarily involves Issue investigation, Root Cause Analysis, Incident Management and reporting, Testing of Bug fixes and patch releases for Production Issues and Release Management activities.
The Key Responsibilities of the role include:
· Review and analyze production issues. Provide support for functional and technical queries support raised by internal teams and external clients.
· Assess impacts and resolve the issue ahead of any SLA misses.
· Coordinate and escalate with other IT teams which may include Development Team, Database Team, Infrastructure Team to resolve the issue.
· Work closely with other IT teams to identify the root cause analysis and implement a preventative measures so that the issue does not reoccur.
· Interact and liaise with IT and external vendors to resolve issues/defects in a timely fashion
· Ensure all queries and issues are investigated and resolved with urgency, providing sufficient details while closing the request.
· Provide analysis and takes ownership in providing regular and high quality updates to stakeholders on the progress of the issue/incidents including SLA breaches.
· Execute test cases for production issues (manual or automated) and review results for Transfer Agency Applications and
