About The Role
This role supports a short-term assignment contributing directly to the creative vision of our high-end women's athleisure collections. The designer will collaborate closely with the CEO/Founder on design direction, ideation, and innovative product concepts.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to creative direction and ideation sessions with the CEO/Founder and design team
• Assist in designing women's apparel and athleisure collections with trend-forward styling
• Develop technical designs, CADs, and tech packs
• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure design vision translates into product
• Complete assigned projects and candidate work samples as requested
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of professional design experience
• Strong background in women's apparel, ideally high-end athleisure/athletic wear
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to creative direction and innovative design solutions
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant apparel design and ideation experience
