Position Descriptor:
This position is for a full time, 6 month contract for a Reception Teacher. The successful applicant will have a confident understanding of trauma informed practices and Literacy strategies, including experience in the ******** teaching of a systematic synthetic phonics program.

1. Explain how your knowledge, understanding and experiences equip you to be a Reception teacher in a culturally diverse classroom.
2. Explain your approach to responding to the individual needs of students and how you work with stakeholders to look at the wholistic needs of all students.
3. Explain how you collaborate with others to address the needs of the students you are responsible for, and the strategic priorities of the school.
