Join Anglicare as a Tenancy Manager – Make a Meaningful Impact Across Sydney and the Western Suburbs

Anglicare is offering an exciting full-time, maximum 3-month contract opportunity for a passionate Tenancy Manager to join our Housing team — with the possibility of becoming permanent.

In this dynamic role, you’ll travel across Sydney and the Western Suburbs, delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive tenant experiences. You’ll play a key role in connecting tenants with their communities, facilitating access to support services, and contributing to the long-term strategic planning of Anglicare’s housing portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Preparation and execution of the lease and tenancy agreements

Managing vacancy levels

Managing levies and taxes and financial support

Establishing appropriate rental rates and rent adjustments as required

Assessing Tenants for eligibility

Overseeing property maintenance and inspections

Documenting and Reporting

Management of Tenant disputes, enquires and complaints

What You’ll Bring

Experience in tenancy management minimum of 5 + years

Understanding of the community housing sector and community housing sector tenants

Valid Working with Children’s Check

You will have strong understanding of the community housing sector and community housing sector tenants
