Job Description
Knowledge of the preparation of tenders and procedures, bidding, and submission of tenders
(National, International, and World Bank).
Registering a company on Government / Public Sector portals and getting Digital Signature
Certificates for Online tender participation.
Browsing Tender from the concerned websites and the leading newspapers regularly.
To study and get tender information like pre-qualification criteria (technical and financial criteria) as per tender document requirements, check the tender specification technically and commercially, prepare the check list, and procure the documents.
Follow-up with the Accounts Department for online payments / bank guarantees like EMD / tender fee and bid security.
If there is any clarification about pre-qualification criteria and technical specifications from the department, they will collect samples from the production department and the technical department for technical clarifications.
Giving the reply to the tenderer for any queries / clarifications for technical / commercial issues.
Attending the pre-bid meetings and tender openings when required.
Submit / upload the documents (General / Technical / Commercial) in the Offline & Online tenders and plan them according to the tender’s conditions from clients.
Study the pre-qualification criteria, i.e., technical and financial criteria, to determine whether the company is a qualified individual or to take the joint venture from another company to fit the P.Q. criteria and submit the tender successfully.
Preparation of the JV agreement, MOU, method statement, and bid documents with the consortium partners.
Preparation of feasibility reports after awarding the tender, preparation of a comparative statement of the supplier.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department for different types of bank guarantees like EMDs / security BGs. Meticulously following to get back the BGs from clients.
Maintaining the bidder's comparative statements and updating order status on a daily basis.
Maintain all original documents and correspondence files in a proper manner.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
