Job description: 1. Review tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentation, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding. 2. To identify risk and opportunity in the proposal pricing in order to mitigate inherent risk at tender submission stage. 3. Coordinating with internal department for preparation of project construction plans & schedules, staffs, manpower & equipment deployments, organization charts and method statements and infrastructure requirements. 4. To prepare tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and margin contingency are adequately adhered to. 5. Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements. 6. To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities. 7. Preparing rate analysis with logical risk factor pricing. 8. Floating an enquiry and collection of offer with vendor negotiation, analysis & price comparison, updating costing works. +. To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry & market intelligence data etc. which are needed for submission. 10. To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submission. 11. To ensure that tender submission is standardized in terms of format, font, logo etc and in line with customers tender requirements. Skills Required 1. Any Graduate with Experience of 4-5 years in same field (Tender Executive) 2. Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience 3. Experience Skill Good Communication Skill, Negotiation skills, Analytical, Presentation Skills 5. Good English communication skill.
