Responsibilities:
Review and analyze RFP documents, tender specifications, and related documentation to understand project requirements.
Prepare and draft comprehensive, accurate, and professional tender documents in response to RFPs, ensuring compliance with the organization's guidelines and requirements.
Conduct research and analysis to gather market intelligence, competitive landscape, and pricing information to support tender responses.
Ensure all tender documents are properly organized, formatted, and presented, maintaining a high standard of quality, clarity, and completeness.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs for tender submissions.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to tendering and RFP processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in tender drafting, RFP preparation, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of the tendering process, including RFP evaluation, bid management, and contract negotiation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive tender documents.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines, managing multiple tenders simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender management software or tools.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance, and procurement practices.
Strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret data for tender responses.

Resume highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
Any certifications or training related to tendering, procurement, or RFP processes.
Proposal Evaluation:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Experience and expertise in tender drafting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Demonstrated understanding of the tendering process and ability to prepare comprehensive and competitive tender documents.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
Cost-effectiveness and value for money.
Salary:
₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
