Experience: Require 5 years an above in Tendering Online Billing.
Experience in managing bids for Railway projects or large-scale contracts.
Knowledge of Indian government procurement processes and regulations
Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, proposal writing, development, and contract negotiation.
Qualification Skill
Graduate or Post Graduate from Commerce Stream or B.E/ Diploma in Civil
Job Description
Tendering :
• Should have the knowledge in the process of responding to tender invitations and submitting competitive bids for projects, contracts, or services.
• He should have worked with Railway tenders.
• Managing the tendering process effectively and ensuring the companys bid is well-prepared and meets all the requirements.
• Conducting thorough research to identify potential tender opportunities that align with the companys capabilities and goals.
• This involves monitoring tender portals, websites, and other sources to stay updated on upcoming bids.
• Collaborating with various departments within the organization, such as sales, finance, legal, and technical teams, to gather all the necessary information and documents required for the bid.
• The Tender Executive ensures that the bid complies with all the formalities and is submitted within the specified deadline.
• Preparing well-structured and persuasive content for the bid document, including executive summaries, technical proposals, pricing details, project plans, and other relevant information.
Billing
• Prepare and review detailed bills of quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project budgets. Monitor and manage project costs to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and submit progress bills and ensure timely payment collection.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to verify measurements and quantities.
