Tender Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identifying tender opportunities that are suitable for the organization and ensuring that they meet the organization's requirements.
• Preparing and submitting tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.
• Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that all necessary information is included in the tender documents.
• Researching and analyzing competitor bids and market trends to ensure that the organization's tender proposal is competitive.
• Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with clients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of tender submissions and results.
• Providing regular reports to senior management on the status of tenders and contracts.
• Ensuring that all tender documents comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
