Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tendering and Back Office Executive - Electrical Engineer located in Pune. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to tendering processes, back-office operations, and electrical engineering projects within the company's various initiatives in power transmission and rural electrification.
Qualifications
• The Candidate should have minimum qualification of BE Electrical / Electronics
• The candidate should have sufficient knowledge of tendering process.
• The candidate shall be responsible for identifying tenders, Preparation of required documents.
• The candidate shall be responsible for promotion of products and services to potential customers, private industries and project companies.
• Email communication with customers, submission of offer and maintain necessary communication with customers will be responsibility of candidate.
• The candidate should have minimum experience of 4-5 years in back office support for electrical projects company.
• Electrical Design, Power Distribution, and Power Systems skills
• Expertise in Electricity and Electrical Engineering
• Experience in tendering processes and back-office operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Certifications in electrical design or power systems are a plus
• Knowledge of rural electrification technologies is beneficial
