Tracking of various project business opportunities related to EHV Transmission / Substation through customer portals / web alerts etc.
Study of complete tender document & preparing synopsis and other assessment for qualification.
Coordination and interfacing with internal team like execution, legal, commercial, purchase etc for various cost inputs.
Preparing Prebid queries and compiling and submitting to customer. Attending prebid meeting (online or offline as desired) and follow up with customer.
Floating of various vendor enquiry and interacting with vendors & purchase and making comparison statement for negotiations.
Preparation of Techno commercial proposals as per bidding documents.
Preparation of Price bids by making costing sheet and filling various schedules given in bid
Physical submission of tenders either personally / branch peoples and attending Prebid and Post bid bid meeting with customers / consultant. In case of E-tenders, scanning / uploading of documents on websites.
Attending price bid opening meetings and preparation of Win- Loss Analysis.
Maintaining data bank and also keeping track of live (submitted) tenders from floating of tenders up to award of work.
In case of award of work, involving in following activities:
a. Verification / study of LOA / LOI / Detailed order in line with specifications and check for deviations, if any.
b. Submission of order acceptance
c. Arranging / Submission of Performance BG / Advance BG for the project
d. Executing / Signing of Contract Agreements f. Arranging Internal kick off and Distribution of copies to HO / Site / Client.
In case of unsuccessful bidder, applying for refund of EMD BG / EMD DD and follow up for timely collection.
Tracking of EMD refund payment by making constant follow-up including personal visits to customer’s office.
Renewal of existing e-tendering registrations time to time (Online portals ).
