• Bid / tender head will be involved in preparing the bid documents against RFP / enquiries thru Government or Private clients for MEP services.
• Responsible for supporting the customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied technology, determining the costs, preparing final documentation and serving as a key technical resource.
Responsibilities:
• Recognize and understand the customer s needs, understanding minimal compliance requirements from tender specifications and make suggestions for possible solutions, and quickly work on budgetary estimates.
• Use experience and understanding to add value to the bid decision making
• Accuracy in costing & solution with value proposition is mandatory.
• Experience in handling Pvt./Government/ PSU Tenders with accuracy in tender documentation pertaining to technical , commercial and legal aspects.
• Work with technical team and at times directly with customers to understand their requirement and develop the best solutions.
• Follow-up on commercial and technical clarifications with customer.
• Prepare offer documents such as tender documents, technical compliance, solution descriptions, assumptions/exclusion, etc.
• Develops the final pricing and technical proposals for a bid/enquiry.
• Preparing project proposals cost and prepare for risk review meeting with management
• Independently working on methods & procedures to complete new assignments
• Taking up new initiatives or projects to improve productivity & efficiency in work.
Experience:
• Bachelor of Engineering /MBA
• Minimum 15 years experience in bidding / Tendering for MEP services.
• Knowledge about market requirements and standards is required
• Experience in handling Government Tenders / Turnkey bids would be an added advantage
• Experience from engineering and project execution is an advantage
• Strong communication skills & interpersonal skills
