Tendering Manager
Connexions - Jaipur, Rajasthan
Preparation of R F Q , B i d d i n g , Tender Documents along with necessary Annexure and formats
All tender portal used as E-Procurement Portal
Arrangement of Pre-bid meeting & further correspondence with required clarifications, if necessary.
Checking for Tenders on daily basis on various Govt. portal & follow up and update status.
Preparation of BOQ, Bid Documents with required enclosures such as Bid form, EMD, Bank
Guarantee, Technical data sheets, Uploading the General /Technical/Commercial documents in the
online platform.
Bid submission in All PSU Sectors, Railway, Defense, and all Govt. department.
Negotiating and Vendor Coordination.
