Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the tendering process, analyzing tender requirements, and ensuring compliance with applicable procurement guidelines. Key tasks include preparing and submitting proposals, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records of all tendering activities. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of tenders.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Procurement
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the security services industry is a plus
• Proficiency with tendering software and Microsoft Office Suite
