Key Responsibilities : 1 Ability to write efficient SQL exposure to query tuning 2 Exposure to Teradata Tools Utilities 3 Well conversant with various ticketing system/production change request/ Teradata Incident management 4 Ensure Teradata Polices, Procedures, Customer SLAs are honored 5 Exposure to PDCR Reporting and Analysis 6 Strong debugging RCA skills 7 User, objects, security space Management 8 Exposure to MVC, Capacity planning and performance Management + Backup and Recovery NetBackup
Technical Experience : 1 Experience with Teradata in a cloud environment public or private a plus 2 Working experience as an DBA in Teradata 3 Should have worked in Unix platforms 4 3 years of Teradata DBA experience
Professional Attributes : Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language
Educational Qualification : Engineering Graduate
Additional Information : Must be willing to provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis with the team
