Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Teradata Database Administrator at Bhavyansh Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and availability of Teradata database systems, developing and maintaining complex database systems, and designing and developing database architectures, among other day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
• Strong exposure to TASM/TDWM.
• Proficient in Teradata tools like Teradata Viewpoint/SQL Assistant /TSET etc.
• Expertise with Teradata Database management and administration procedures.
• Technical proficiency with Teradata tools such as TASM, Unity, PDE, Viewpoint, and BAR.
• Hands-on experience using DSA and Data mover.
• Ability to write efficient SQL & exposure to query tuning (Teradata & Snowflake).
• Working Knowledge on Azure & Unix. (Good to have)
• Ready to work in 24/7 shifts and support extended hours as needed by projects.
• Thorough understanding of Database architecture, index management, and query optimization.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend new database technologies and architectures to improve system capabilities and performance
