Job Description
Role purpose:
• Maintain the Teradata environments which support Vodafone Group’s key business applications
• Solve incident & problem tickets and service requests from the 1st level and other departments
• Regular monitoring and reporting of service requests and incidents.
• Managing performance, stability and reliability of the systems
• Publish daily / weekly / monthly status reports to users & IT stake holders.
• Support for scheduled activities (release support and changes for production).

Years of experience: 3 Yrs
Notice period: Immediate to 15 days
