MEP Design (Commercial & Industrial)2. 3rd Party MEP Commissioning3. Risk Assessments4. Due Diligence5. Audits6. IST Works7. Operation System Reviews Act as a point of Escalation for all the projects in the region for execution & drive the execution team todeliver the services assigned as per the client requirements & timelines. Manage day to day reporting &project team matters related to the service & gets the project executed. Well connected with Project Management, Architects, Cost Consultants, Key Influencers fromClients side for developing business in the region.Participating in key meetings & workshops of the project where needed.Keep updated on the reference guides/ codes for MEP servicesReview the design drawings prepared by team for the project.Load analysis for structural loading or slab strengthening.Review Head load / Electrical load list indicating critical loads, MD calculations and single linediagrams / HVAC schematics.Prepare/Review DBR & Concept design reports for MEP Systems.Review the design and prepare circuitries and layouts for large power, small power, lighting,Ducting layout, Diffuser layouts, FAPA, Sprinklers, Plumbing etc.Coordinating MEP Systems.Review technical submittals and provide comments as necessary on time.Preparing RCP layoutsMotivate the team to complete the projects in an effective and timely manner.Preparing Strategies for business development required for Industrial sectorManage the existing design team and the designing for commercial sectorUnderstand the requirements of the projects & details of the projects in order to guide the team.Identify quality issues & prepare site quality reports as requiredReview the records of Design & Development prepared by the teamReview all the as fitted layouts & documents.Should be Technically efficient in managing the queries of team and client as per the projectrequirements. Report to the higher management on regular basis on project status & updates.Keep Project on track with timely observations & Documentations.Give Time to time consultations, on execution of Project activities, Technical aspectsAssigns responsibilities to supporting Managers & Engineers to get the project executed.Keeping a close track on project milestones, Billing cycles & Outstanding amountsComplete the project within time lines & meet the Client requirements.Keeping a close interaction with project team for new upcoming projects & opportunities forbusiness.Grooms Supporting Engineers for the service offered for the project.Help in developing & documenting case studies for the project.Keep Track of Projects TDS certificates & collect them by end of each quarter.Keep track of Project expenses (Travel, Lodging Boarding, Food & Other project relatedexpenses)Develop Healthy professional relationships with other project team members such as Architects,PMC’s MEP Designers, Cost Consultants, Contractors.Generate leads for new upcoming projects from the contacts & links developed during theproject execution works or through past associations.Develop a network of people & maintain professional relationships with other team memberseven after project works are completed which will help in generating new project leads.Required Skills:MEP Design

Job description
The Senior Terraform Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting foundational Terraform modules for company's AWS and other Cloud infrastructure. They work as part of the larger Cloud organization consisting of Development, Security, Networking, Operations, and SRE teams to build effective, secure, and scalable solutions.

This is a highly technical, outcome-focused role managing Terraform modules and registry for over 50 AWS and related SaaS services aligned to company security, observability, resiliency, and similar requirements. Focused on company's acquisition environments, the position targets alignment of AWS resource configuration to Firm standards, providing a scalable blueprint for adoption by Development and other teams working in the Cloud.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain Terraform registry and IaC modules aligned to Firm security requirements and developer requirements
• Assist with Terraform module adoption and troubleshoot operational issues
• Work with Cloud Security/Engineering staff to test and validate prevent/detect controls
• Collaborate with Security, Development, and other stakeholders to build standardized, approved architecture blueprints for Cloud applications designed for resiliency, performance, and cost optimization
• Create and maintain Terraform module and blueprint documentation
• Mentor junior team members on Terraform IaC and secure design principles

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ Terraform hands-on experience designing and building reusable modules and application patterns
• Terraform Associate Certification (Authoring & Operations Professional preferred)
• 7+ years’ AWS technical experience with strong knowledge across a broad range of services including VPC, IAM, S3, EC2, ECS, Backup, Kinesis, and similar
• Strong knowledge of source control and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more programming languages (Python preferred)
• Experience working with Linux/UNIX and Docker or other container technologies
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development practices
• Able to work as part of a high-performing, collaborative team with limited supervision
