SIWO US Inc. is seeking a Chemical Sales Representative based in India to join our growing international team.

What You Will Do
Collaborate closely with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that drive growth.
Support customer service and account management activities under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.
Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving complaints, and escalating issues as necessary.
Perform system analyses, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
Actively promote SIWO US innovations and technologies to foster long-term partnerships.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer facilities.
Meet annual sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities using professional selling and planning techniques.
Collect samples and conduct laboratory analysis as required.
Position Details
Must be based in India.
Must be fluent in English
Remote work (home office) with up to 30% overnight domestic travel.
Travel required within the assigned sales territory to support customer and business development needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in upstream production chemical sales or technical field sales support.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or in Business.
3+ years of successful experience in upstream production chemical sales or field technical support.
Prior experience in the chemical industry.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internal business systems.
A proven history of working independently, demonstrating autonomy and self-motivation.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong ethics, adaptability, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
