• 5 Review the Documented branch meeting through Cogent/mails Cross Selling Executing Cross Sell Contests for RMs Driving team to ensure Cross Sell targets are met Logins -New + Enhancement Monitor & Review -Target achievement per RM, Discussion with Credit, Lawyer, Valuer, Operations Review of ABND Renewals Review of CAM renewals pending Meeting with Credit for Chronic cases Interacting with Trade Finance / Treasury Providing guidance to RMs.
• CAM conditions review/OBA review Review of Other Bank CA/CAM pending.
• Meeting with Credit for Chronic cases Interacting with Customer Providing guidance to RMs Portfolio Management and Housekeeping (HK) Review HK.
• Meeting with Credit for Chronic cases Providing guidance to RMs Stock insurance /SS Review of Stock Insurance pending.
• Providing guidance to RMs Delinquency management Email communication to Branch & customer Joint Visit with Credit Manager Rigorous follow-up Seeking Collections help Complaints : CRM / MD / PNO / CRO Ensure resolution & reply within TAT.
