Branch & Lead Management 1 Meeting the Branch Manager/Cluster Heads.2 Guide the RM in Planning the catchment area activity/scoping for lead generation/joint call3 Creating excitement in branches/spot sanctions/contests/recognition program4 Review CRM leads.5 Review the Documented branch meeting through Cogent/mailsCross Selling1.
Executing Cross Sell Contests for RMs2. Driving team to ensure Cross Sell targets are metLogins

Monitor & Review
• Target achievement per RM,2.
Discussion with Credit, Lawyer, Valuer, Operations 3. Review of ABNDRenewals1. Review of CAM renewals pending2. Meeting with Credit for Chronic cases3. Interacting with Trade Finance / Treasury4. Providing guidance to RMs.
CAM conditions review/OBA review1. Review of Other Bank CA/CAM pending.2. Meeting with Credit for Chronic cases3. Interacting with Customer4. Providing guidance to RMsPortfolio Management and Housekeeping (HK)1. Review HK.2. Meeting with Credit for Chronic cases3. Providing guidance to RMsStock insurance /SS1.
