• Achieve disbursement targets for the CE business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels.
• Ensuring the delinquency ratio with in control for his portfolio.
• Direct & Indirect Business should be 60% & 40 % with respective book.
• Handle the team of FOS and drive their productivity levels.
• Ensure target branches achieve their targets with requisite conversions.
• Manage Profitability with the Team and ensure productivity.
• Achieve targets of cross sell products.
• Timely feedback/MIS to seniors.
• Graduate
• 3-5 yrs experience.
• Should have experience in Branch/DSA handling.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge on the Mortgage Business
• Good communication and pleasing personality.
• High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm
