As part of our business growth, we are expanding our sales operations in Bangalore and are looking at an individual who has the drive and enthusiasm to drive a sales team to achieve the set goals and targets in alignment with strategy
Responsibilities
· Apply your sales acumen and ensure that the team succeeds in increasing the Conceptia Konnect footprint in the areas we are present.
· Successfully implement sales strategies to ensure visibility across all the targeted industries.
· Accurately forecast the future levels of business.
· Implement strategic management in tandem with your team leaders.
· Opportunities to be managed through a CRM system with relevant updates.
· Prepare and maintain detailed weekly & monthly forecasts and present them to the management.
· Interface with OEM in a professional and efficient manner regarding pipeline, sales and marketing activities, concerns, and accomplishments.
· Achieving quota and forecasting accurately
Qualifications:
B Tech/B.E Mechanical with
· 6 to + years industrial sales experience.
· Experience selling to Manufacturing companies is a plus.
· Ideal candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.
· Should be confident and demonstrate influencing skills in a consulting environment.
· Should be knowledgeable on team management.
· Candidate should be confident to present in front of large audience.
· Personally, well presented and possess excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Team – player should have a flair for handling multi –disciplinary team members
