Job Role
• Responsible to achieve budgets for bank products (liabilities & Assets) and Third Party Products (TPP) and NPS accounts.
• Responsible for the Relationship Value of the book managed by the unit & also for all round growth of each team member.
• Planning and executing special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
• Adhere to KYC / Quality and regulatory norms and approved processes as per company policy.
• Maintaining Cordial relations with internal / external Customer / departments.
• Drive team productivity and Sales Efficiencies.
• Ensure team is meeting SOP on monthly basis
• Managing a team of Sr. Corporate Salary Relationship Officers and Corporate Portfolio Manager and National Pension Scheme RM

Job Requirement
• Excellent understanding of the Cross sell products with respect all financial requirement.
• Ability to interact with corporates like HR head or Business head equivalent to manage relationships.
• Good presentation skills.
• Strong Acumen and focus on Service
• Should be focussed on Service; Relationship Management and Investments
• Good communication oral and written Skills
• Candidate should preferable be a Post Graduate with 8/10 years of experience and team handling experience of around 10 to 12 team members, preferably in Relationship Management.
• Team handling / Man Management experience of at least 4/5 years.
• Experience in book management & understanding business MIS.
