Territory Manager
LOCATION- Rajasthan
OBJECTIVE
•To book secondary sales orders across the designated dealer/retailer base and achieve the sales targets for different SKU’s and also for other brands under the fluidity range
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•To achieve Re-primary sales as per the sales target set on monthly/Qtrly/Annual basis.
•To achieve secondary sales as per the sales targets set on monthly/Qtrly/Annual basis for both base brand and fluidity.
•To achieve collection targets set on month-on-month.
•Make visits to dealers as per the beat plan and service the distribution base by booking orders every day
•To convert every visit to a minimum size order as assigned by seniors
•Upsell the range of SKU’s and ensure we occupy maximum space in the retail outlet
•Support marketing initiatives and BTL activities
•Updating of his plan and booking orders in the DNA system
•Providing needed MIS and other information to the Sales coordinators
•Highlighting any issues that the retailer is facing
•Coordinating between distributor and retailer any supply chain issues or order fulfillment
•Update on competitor activities and other ground level developments in the territory and channel
•To ensure the availability, visibility, displays of our entire range of our products
•To ensure the market vigilance to update knowledge about any new changes/entries/exists etc
•Handling new product launch & tracking business and Market share for them

ESSENTIAL: •Graduation
DESIRABLE: •Graduation

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL: •Good knowledge of industry / similar products
DESIRABLE: •Preferably from the household industry
COMPETENCIES
TECHNICAL:
•Good understanding of the product range and its application
•Skills in Excel and operating the DNA software

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹66,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
