Job Profile- Territory Manager
Salary- up to 12 lacs
Must have team handling experience and from similar domain. looking for candidates with Rural Branch Banking – Kisan Credit Card, SME Business Loans, Agri Experience.
Should be handling team in their current roles.

Position Purpose-
Senior sales role for handling the retail assets team for small ticket loans in RUSU areas, handling relationships with senior bank personnel and managing a sizable workforce
Driving sales and targets across shared locations and ensuring compliance through SBOSS feet on street deployed at client Branches/RACCs
Would be responsible for driving sales and sourcing of AGRI/SME loans for Bank.
Would bemanaging a Team of SBOSSregional level team leads deployed across regions
Ensure regions achieve monthly productivity targets assigned at regional level for FoS products
Regular hiring and optimum team structure to be maintained as per the targeted team’s size and business targets.
Regular training of SBOSS regional level team leads and branch level feet on street on bank product and process in co-ordination with Bank Team.
Track FTR, TAT and deliver as per standards set by Bank from time to time.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
