Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the banca channel in the assigned territory to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers and sales executives to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
• Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Drive the sales strategy for the banca channel, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with branch managers and other internal stakeholders to leverage bank resources for channel growth.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and partners.
• Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, achievements, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, bank policies, and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with channel operations and customer transactions.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the banking or financial services industry.
