Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the banca channel in the assigned territory to achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers and sales executives to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.

Qualifications:
