Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager-Personal Loan (DSA) to join our Retail Banking team at IDFC FIRST Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of personal loan products through our Direct Sales Agency (DSA) partners in the assigned territory of New Delhi, Delhi, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal loan targets in the assigned territory
- Identify and onboard new DSA partners to expand the bank's reach and customer base
- Train and motivate DSA partners to effectively sell personal loan products
- Monitor and track the performance of DSA partners and provide necessary support and guidance
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and DSA partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on market trends and competition to make informed decisions and drive business growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements to the management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of personal loan products and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and DSA partners
- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
