We're a fast-growing CRM technology company revolutionizing how small retail businesses (grocery stores, restaurants, hair salons and others) build and nurture relationships with their customers. Our CRM platform empowers business owners to personalize guest experiences, increase repeat business, and streamline marketing efforts — all from one intuitive dashboard.

As we scale, we're looking for hungry, driven, and curious field sales associates to join our sales team and help us bring our platform to Small Retail Businesses everywhere.

What You’ll Do:

This is a B2B sales role, selling to business owners. Visit Small Businesses in your allocated area (grocery, restaurants, hair salon) in your assigned area to pitch Afto CRM and Marketing solution

Record each visit using our Google Form to ensure accurate tracking

Educate business owners /operators on how our platform improves revenue, customer engagement

Follow up with leads and convert them into signed-up customers

Work independently and manage your own time and schedule

Commission Structure:

Earn commissions per successful sign-up from each business

No cap on earnings — the more businesses you sign up, the more you earn

Potential to earn additional performance-based bonuses for high achievers

You’re a Great Fit If You:

B2B Sales Experience (2-3 years) - selling to small business owners: 1 year preferred —training is provided.

MUST HAVE - 1-3 years experience in grocery store sales, POS sales, restaurant sales, retail store sales. (Indian Grocery Stores and India Restaurants are preferred)

Have a network and previous working relationship with grocery/restaurants owners

Are confident talking to small business owners/managers and building relationships

Are highly organized and capable of reporting visits consistently

Own a smartphone and are comfortable filling out a Google Form

Have a results-driven attitude and want to earn based on performance

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)

Reimbursed for travel
