Position: Territory Sales Executive - Adjacencies (Off-roll)

AB InBev India is looking to hire Territory Sales Executive for its Beyond Beer - Adjacencies Function based out of Mumbai.
Primary Purpose of the role
Responsible for driving sales across the various outlets in the assigned territory. Responsible for meeting the assigned sales targets and to ensure product availability at all times in the assigned outlets. Responsible for maintaining freshness of the products and take day to day decisions in order increase brand awareness and enhance sales.
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for increasing distribution and volume across retail accounts (Wine shops, grocery stores/convenient stores)
Responsible for maintaining product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stocks
Partnering with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received and business is growing at accounts
Increase shelf space and position for AB InBev products.
Introduce new brands and packages where appropriate.
Ensure activation / guidelines securing incremental distribution, brand visibility, product facing and displays
Attend sales/team meetings as directed by management along with daily interaction with manager to discuss sales issues, competitive activities, and opportunities to maximize sales efforts
Responsible for fulfilling pre-established objectives set by the Sales Supervisor or Area Manager and implementation of Company programs at retail level
Responsible for daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, changes in climate, competitive activity and special promotional activities
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Graduation/Post-Graduation with 3+ years of experience
Superior knowledge and familiarity of market, customers and information channels
Experience in Alcobev Industry (at least 1 year)
Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations
A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
The ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)
Mobility:
