Purpose & Eligibility criteria of the Job:
Develop the sales of company products by targeting different Segments in Karnataka & Goa .
Will be responsible for Entire Sales and marketing for Karnataka & Goa Region
Should be willing to travel across Karnataka & Goa
Base location preferable is Bangalore
Experience of handling multiple territory will be preferred.
Age below 40 will be preferred
Should be fluent in Kannada language is must.
KEY TASKS:
Grow the sales in the territory through direct interaction with end Customers and Dealers, promotion of the offerings, searching for new opportunities within the targeted product- and market segments.
Direct Marketing & Corporate Sells.
Ready to take care of multiple territories and hardcore sales & Field Sales if required.
Ensure appropriate availability of the products by developing the Dealer network.
Develop the Distributor Relationship within the scope of the Distributor strategy.
Monitor the activities of the competitors in the territory and understand their strategy.
Develop new Segments in the territory in accordance with the long-term strategy.
Understand the customer needs and translate into new product ideas to be transferred to the NPD
department for further process.
Maintaining the relationship with all concerned corporate, public & government departments.

QUALICATION / EXPERIENCES / KNOWLEDGE:
Graduate in any discipline
MBA or similar degree will be an added advantage
Require more than 3+ years of experience for this profile
Knowledge of different types of sales and requisite documentation, presentation requirement
LANGUAGE:
Required writing, reading and speaking language(s): English and Kannada. (Hindi will be add on )

Create sales and marketing strategy for the Territory based on Market analysis
Appointment of new Team-players. Development of present & New Dealers.
Area wise & Segemt wise – Product positioning.
Marketing plans [through Exibitions, Direct-Mailing, Inter-net, New catalogs & POP-materials. ] to create awairness of brand in each area/segment & finaly for each customer/buyer.
2. Distributor Developement:
Meeting Distributor‘s on continuous basis.
Describing the product to the distributorsr‘s.
Training the distributors to enhance the sales.
Giving innovative ideas for increasing the sales of Promens India Products.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting:
Sales budgeting for the Year [Qty/Area/Product/Price/Month].
Sales Forecasting for every Quarte [Qty/Area/Product/Price/Month].

Expense budgeting and cost control
4. Continuous Development of sales-cordination, After sales service ( for customer satisfaction & price- control):
New ideas to further improve the quality of Sales-Cordination [ Back-bone of Sales ].
After sales Services & Camps to go close to customers & understand Present-stocks/New-needs.
Coordinating time & changing priorities to meet the deadline strictly.
5. Identifying Strategic Product/Market Potentials
Explore competitors market and their customer base and offer better deals in terms of quality, services & commitments.
Explore new segments in the market for off season products.
Provide vital feedback to the organisation on customer requirements and need based changes required, thus
increasing profitability further.
6. Understandings & Continuous Development for ISO, SAP & Six Sigma :
Data updation for ISO, SAP needs. [through Coordination, Dispatch & a/c. Dept.]
7. Inputs for - Quality & Service Improvement Product Development & Rollout :
New Quality updates & market input/needs for the same.
New ideas/applications for Present & New product development
8. Special assignments given by the HOD & Orgnization.
