Job Description: As a Territory Sales Incharge at Ruchak India Snacks, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales operations within your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the availability and visibility of our products in the market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your assigned territory, including setting sales targets, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this information to make data-driven decisions. Merchandising: Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and shelf space in retail outlets. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, market insights, and competitor analysis. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements within the territory. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). • Proven experience in FMCG sales and territory management, with at least 1 to 2 yrs of relevant experience. • Strong understanding of the snacks and FMCG industry in India. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Leadership and team management abilities (if applicable). • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
