Key Responsibilities:
1)Cultivating and handling 5-6 Sales Executives directly doing the front line sales.
2) Planning and executing the sales targets.
3) Ensuring the sales closures along with the sales executives
4) Effective delivery of the sales presentations at the prospects at his location if required.
5)Handling the direct meetings, exhibition sales, web leads etc.
6)Capable to handle the customer issues/ escalations effectively.
7) Good in the B2C sales
