Laundry is a latent problem which had been begging for the right solution for a very long time. However, unlike developed countries, the penetration of professional laundry services in India is extremely low - as per research reports, the Indian laundry market was +6% unorganised in 201+.
To solve this problem, Tumbledry is opening live laundry stores, providing world-class services, within every 3km radius in urban India. This required a revolution in the laundry industry, and we brought that by adopting technology and turning it into a mechanism-driven industry from being a highly labour-intensive industry.
At present, we are already India's largest laundry and dry clean chain with 1000+ stores across 360+ cities. Now, the goal is to reach every urban Indian household and provide the highest standards of quality and convenience altogether. To turn this into reality we need a hyperlocal presence PAN India. Hence, we are on our way to opening 2000 live Tumbledry stores by 2026.
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients
• Manage day to day operational activites in stores
• Track and report sales in organized manner
• Communicate effectively with the members of team
• Upsell and retention
• Experience in team in a plus
Qualifications
• MBA Full Time
• 2- 5 years of sales experience
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
