Roles and Responsibilities:
• Successfully set up the offline sales and distribution operation for the organisation in the area.
• Drive the distribution expansion of the brand in offline channels (General trade & Modern Trade) across the city.
• Manage inventory and fill rates along with product freshness, by ensuring highest accuracy of demand forecast & coordination with the planning & supply chain team.
• Demand Generation Generates PO.
• Collection of Receivables Follows up on the receivables
• Stock Return Management: Authorize Return to Vendor (RTV)
• Scheme Management: Rollout schemes & offers in retail, if any.
• Planogram adherence: Ensure proper merchandising as per agreed planogram
• Asset management: Ensure proper usage & utilisation of company assets (refrigerator/chiller)
• Trade marketing execution Oversee sampling activities &/or other activities
