Responsibilities
A. Market Mapping
a. To understand the business and analyze the market by collecting the basic information.
b. To map the market to understand the territory population, number of retailers, brand presence, product awareness, and competitors presence.
B. Primary and Secondary Sales.
a. To look after the primary and secondary sales and increase the penetration in the market.
b. To ensure the achievement of sales targets.
c. To ensure extensive coverage by traveling in the allotted area.
d. To personally visit the retailers and distributors & handle the distribution effectively.
C. Distribution System
a. To identify the high potential distributors by analyzing the financial stability, market reputation, market coverage, and infrastructure.
b. To Coordinate distribution arrangements and facilitate more rotations through distributors.
c. To ensure prompt execution of orders booked from each distributor.
d. To help distributors to liquidate stock-up articles/ size.
e. To convey distributors order to sales manager.
D. Merchandising
a. To ensure display of new samples and convey the prices to new distributors & retailers.
b. To ensure visibility of product placed at retailer counters.
E. Market Intelligence
a. To understand competitors sales strategies.
b. To inform competitors' activities to management immediately.
c. To collect the market feedback about the competitors products and convey the same to sales managers.
F. Business Development
a. To understand the untapped market and analyze the market segment.
b. To increase the retail base to cover the gap in the market.
G. Reporting
a. To prepare Daily Sales Report and submit the market information on daily basis.
H. Customers Grievance.
a. To collect the customer Grievance and discuss with the concerned Head.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate
Experience
5+ years of experience
Knowledge and Skills(Functional / Technical)
· Sound knowledge of sales & Marketing
· Strong understanding of General Trade
· Understanding of FMCG
· Understanding of SFA platforms.
· Understanding of Advanced excel.
Leadership Attributes(Functional / Technical)
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
· Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
