Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
● Own revenue and profitability targets for a sales cluster, maximising growth opportunities
● Drive product sales, market development, and sales operations management
● Conduct business intelligence and competitor mapping for product differentiation
● Interact directly with top clients, nurture key accounts, and build relationships
● Travel extensively within the territory to manage accounts and find new opportunities
● Provide revenue forecast and explore additional revenue streams for growth
Requirements:
● Pursuing or completed MBA degree
● Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
● Passion for extensive travel within the territory
● Strong convincing and negotiation skills for effective client engagement
● Enthusiasm for marketing and business development, with a drive for new opportunities
● Strong execution orientation to implement sales strategies and deliver results
● Ownership and valid driving licence for 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler vehicle (mandatory)
Internship Details: ● Duration: 3 months ● Stipend: INR 14,000 (fixed) + INR 5,000 (variable)
● Business expenses can be reimbursed
Full-time Compensation: ● Fixed Component: 5 LPA + Variable Component: 2 LPA
Location: Chennai, Karnataka, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Nagpur, Jaipur, Lucknow & Delhi
