Job Description
2. You will be responsible for appoint one or two distributors in your territory. Minimum Rs 5 LAKHS required for appoint one distributor in a first month.
3. Once the Distributor finalized in his location, He will be drive all sales retails activity through the Area Sales Executive.
4. You are responsible to appoint Area Sales Executive after appoint one Distributor. Minimum 2 Area sales executive will be work under one distributor.
5. You will be handling 2 or 4 ASE (Area sales executive) and taken daily follow up with them for their daily working.
6. You will be responsible for a minimum 100 billings per month with your sales team in your territory.
7. You will be following up all active dealers / interested dealers on a daily basis.
8. You will be involved in business development activities like dealer visits and promotional activities.
+. Minimum 10 daily (dealer / distributor) visits required if the visit is not done he must be informed to their reporting manager after approval by reporting manager TADA will be not applicable for the process.
10. Your month sales projection plan must be share to your reporting manager till or before 5th of every month.
11. Your weekly sales closer report will be received on every Saturday EOD to your reporting manager according your month sales projection plan.
12. On Month closer, you will take the NOC from the active distributor and you must ensure that there is no pendency at the distributor counter. All NOC report must be received with your month closer report.
