Ability to manage & communicate syndicated data and sales performance top line and drill down

Attention to detail in retail sales, with strong time & priority management skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations with large and small audiences
Reliable transportation for daily in-person territory management, store visits, marketing events etc
Must be 21 years of age or older and have working knowledge or local and national compliance laws for the legal sales and distribution of hemp/cannabis products
Above average math & negotiating skills
Must be highly effective selling premium-priced consumer goods; we are looking for brand builders, not commodity brokers
Applicants must hold or be able to obtain all state required Hemp/Cannabis working permits, licenses, and certifications if required
Must be willing to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report
A valid driver’s license and fully functional automobile are required

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at Mood, your mission is to bring the world of ******** to life with the retail community in your given territory. Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each & all essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required but not limited to. • 3 years of sales and account management experience, 5 years preferred. Prior sales experience in the local cannabis, alcohol, tobacco or beverage (CPG) industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
