Territory Sales Manager - Timaru

At Coca-Cola European Pacific NZ we're a passionate bunch of people who are committed to building lasting partnerships with our customers and to finding new ways to do things better. As a Territory Sales Manager in our "Away from Home" team in Timaru, you'll be the face of CCEP within your territory of customers - being their go-to for all their needs and consistently providing them with exceptional customer service. Out on the road for the majority of each day, you'll be visiting your customers on a regular call cycle and driving growth within each store. In this permanent full-time role, you will report directly to the Sales Manager located in Dunedin. *There may be travel requirements on a weekly basis*

You'll be responsible for increasing sales volume and ranging, ensuring stores are well executed, and working in partnership with your customers to grow their business and ours. Most importantly, you'll think strategically in your selling approach and understand your customers' needs - your forward-thinking approach will drive exceptional results for CCEP and for your customers alike.

It's a busy role, and we'll expect you to fit a lot into your day - so, you'll need to be well planned and efficient in your approach to your work and be flexible and adaptable to the various demands of the role.


Building strategic relationships are a key part of this role, as you'll be dealing with a wide variety of customers - and will need to be able adapt to their individual needs. You don't need FMCG experience (but it's a big bonus if you do have it!), but you do need proven sales and customer service skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment will be the key to success.


Finally, you'll have the ability to work autonomously but will also be committed to supporting your wider team, going above and beyond to contribute effectively to team success.
